1. Required Business Experience

• The applicant should not do any businesses in Australia which is not approved by the government in Australia and the applicant should agree to the laws and norms by the Department of Immigration to get their work monitored for a time period of 24 months after arriving in Australia.

2. Age & Other Criteria:
The applicant should be upto 55 years of age or younger at the time of making an application. In some of the cases applicants above the age of 55 years may be allowed to do business in Australia provided their business proposals are exceptional and hold an important place for Australian economy’s growth.
An applicant also needs to demonstrate that they are medically fit and sound by obtaining a health certificate from a certified doctor. Police Clearance Certificates should also be obtained from their residing countries in order to ensure that no pending cases are against the applicant in their countries.
